Hi there, I'm Nicole Minder, and just 10 years ago I was just like you- overwhelmed with starting the private label skincare process. 

When I first started my line, I started with just one product and slowly added product by product over the years. I have a strenuous testing process for each and every product I offer, and I don't slap my name on just any bottle. 

You see, my clients are a very savvy group, and if I'm going to transition them from Skin Medica and Skin Ceuticals, the products I offer must be high quality and results driven or I will simply be wasting their valuable time and money as well as my reputation.

I've been practicing skincare for 20+ years; 7 years in plastic/laser medical offices, 13 years as a successful business owner, and 12 years in private labeling. I'm the winner of the San Diego Best Facial, and I generate multiple 6 figures working 4 days a week year after year.

I created this product because this is something I would have died for 10 years ago! I would read and research like a little squirrel, trying to find nuggets in groups on leads for products I needed. Let's face it- estheticians are just not sharing this information, and when some do, I've noticed they are not quality products. Yes, I'm a self proclaimed product snob. Quite honestly, that's why I do so well and it's what my clients know and love about my business.

After seeing several esthetician friends close their businesses during Covid-19, I decided to revisit  The Private Label Source Facebook group to share anything and everything to help other estheticians. 

On top of that, I decided to take it a step further. For those of you who are just starting out, I created this starter box with quality finished products that are already selling to savvy clients year after year. This will give my fellow estheticians the opportunity to quickly (4-6 weeks) build a line, launch their very first product line, and increase profit margins, resulting in more successful estheticians thriving in the industry!
